Sales Manager

As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing and developing our sales team. You’ll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives
• Leading the sales team toward monthly and annual goals
• Developing strategies to increase sales and improve team performance
• Helping sales representatives improve their communication and closing skills
• Monitoring sales performance and holding team members accountable
• Building strong relationships with homeowners and customers
• Helping maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
• Representing BHC Roofing & Siding with integrity throughout the community
